Returns Policy

We hope you love your online purchase, but if you need to return an item, please read our policy below.

Online Orders

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused.
In their original condition.
With all original tags attached.
Free from perfume , other odours , fake tan, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair or any other signs of wear.and unwashed

Please note Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items we DO NOT refund postage we are a small independent business and cannot offer free postage or free returns . We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days, please note if we receive your return after 14 day period unfortunately you are not eligible for a refund

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs where possible. We will resolve the issue as quickly as Possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Sale items.
Jewellery.
Gift vouchers
Any item marked as non-returnable.
